Arsenal have been left dumbfounded by the referee’s decision to deny them a penalty kick in the first half of their FA Cup third round clash with Oxford United.
An Albert Sambi Lokonga shot careened into the outstretched arm of Oxford defender Elliott Moore, but with no VAR available for the match, the referee waved the penalty shout away with no check.
